What is the design turnaround time?
Turnaround time is normally 5-10 business days for web design and
custom e-commerce site design, depending on your package and complexity
of your design, the schedules of our designers, and the rate at which
we receive feedback from you.
Your design
coordinator will provide an accurate start and completion date for your
project upon receipt of all documents.

Will I be able to use my logo online?
Yes, you will be provided with .gif images suitable for online use as
well as .jpg, .bmp, .eps and .tif files. You can use these file for
print publications, business cards and letter head.

How will I receive my website?
Upon project completion your design files will be sent to you via email attachment in a ZIP file.
After your project is completed, you may request your design files be uploaded to your server and placed online.

This is my first design project. What should I consider?
Simple is better. It's best not to get too complex with your design.
Understand your market. How do you want your company perceived? Young and energetic? Dependable? Innovative?
Speak your mind! If you have a design style in mind, make it known!
Send us samples of designs you've seen online that you like.

Can I use as many colors as I want in my Design?
You can use as many as you wish. We recommend a maximum of 4 colors inorder to give the site a professional look and feel.

Yes. We offer Flash animation on a case by case basis. Ask your design coordinator about our Flash services.

Web hosting is a monthly fee that you pay to have your site accessible
on the Internet. We can provide web hosting for our clients.

What is site maintenance?
Maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new
content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated
regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back.

Do you offer any type of discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for schools and non profit organizations.

Why can't I find my web site in the search engines?
Once your site has been submitted to the top Search Engines they may
require several weeks, or even months to actually spider and list your
web site in their directory. We suggest you use Guaranteed Search Engine Submit.
Your site can be listed on AOL, MSN, Overture in a couple of days.
